If not completely satisfied with your color, complete this form and mail it in with the original receipt (no copies accepted) for a coupon for a free full-size Jergens® Skincare product. Please circle the Jergens® natural glow product on your receipt. Original receipt dated between 1/15/12 and 7/15/12 required and your submittal must be postmarked no later than 30 days after date of purchase. Offer ends 8/15/12. No requests will be honored after these dates.
